Dr. Ying Lu
A note from Dr. Lu
I was raised in New York. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a major in psychology and minors in biology and chemistry. I subsequently attended New York Medical College in Westchester, NY. I did my pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY and my pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at Children’s Hospital Boston. Since completing my fellowship, I have been a faculty member of the Cohen Children’s Medical Center at Northwell Health. My passion lies in empowering children with Celiac Disease to thrive on their gluten-free journey. Witnessing their improved health, weight gain, and growth as well as being there to support them is incredibly rewarding.
